How can dental implants help me?
If you have missing or damaged teeth, you can benefit from this long-lasting, durable restoration solution. Dental implants are crafted to look and feel just like your natural teeth while eliminating the inconvenience of dentures or removable tooth replacements. They’re also the only restoration that stimulates natural jawbone growth.
How long do dental implants last?
With effective oral care and regular check-ups from Dr. Burneson, dental implants can last a long time. In fact, they’ve been known to last for over 40 years. The crown or denture that’s supported by your dental implants may need to be adjusted or replaced within 5 to 15 years.
How long is the dental implant process?
Each treatment is customized to the patient’s unique needs, so treatment time typically varies from person to person. In most cases, the implant process takes several appointments over the course of a few months.
How do you clean and maintain your Invisalign trays?
Every time you eat something, it’s important to remove your aligners first. Then, make sure to brush your teeth and rinse off the aligners before placing them back inside your mouth. You’ll also want to remove them whenever you drink any beverage other than water so your aligners don’t get stained.
Every night, your Invisalign trays should be removed for rinsing and gentle cleaning with a toothbrush.
